  • Citizenship in the United States is required by law, but proof of citizenship is not required to register and vote in Ohio. 
  • A Photo ID is not always required to register and vote in Ohio; in fact, a person can register to vote in Ohio without any identification. Per the Ohio Elections Manual, "If the applicant does not provide identification or writes "None" in the driver's license or Social Security number box, the board must register the applicant and provide the applicant with a number which serves to identify the applicant for voter registration purposes.".  
  • "The Voting Machines" are a big part of the problem, whether they are electronic voting machines or tabulators in which paper ballots are inserted. There is no bipartisan chain-of-custody in any electronic machine. In addition, We The People have no access to see the computer software/computer coding that tallies the votes inside the machines/tabulators. Neither does any Secretary of State or Board of Elections per Dominion and other voting equipment vendor Agreements across our country. 
  • Absentee ballots have a similar bipartisan chain-of-custody problem. How many unsolicited ballot applications end up in the hands of bad actors? In addition, as soon as the absentee ballot goes into a mailbox, there is no way to prove that ballot will arrive at its intended location and marked with votes as directed by the elector.  Without photo id verification, there is also no way to prove the person submitting the absentee ballot is in fact that person.  
  • A count of Early Voting Ballots, whether In-Person or Mail-In, are tracked and reported by the SOS (votes aren't counted before election night, but the number of ballots are; a simple search of 'Party' for the registered voter gives an indication of the number of voters needed to offset potential ballots for a candidate.  In addition, on Election Day, tallies of voters at each precinct are reported at 11am and 4pm. Bad actors can use this information to stuff the ballot boxes with 'phantom' votes. Mail-In ballots are accepted based on 'postmarked' date rather than date received, allowing bad actors to apply an incorrect postmark date and stuff ballot boxes with 'phantom votes'.  Another method to stuff the ballot boxes with 'phantom votes is through Mail-In Military UACAVA votes.  
  • Mail-in ballots are counted up to 4 days after the day of the election, leaving the potential for election results to be delayed for 4 days and the potential for bad actors to insert mail-in ballots during that time.    
  • The Statewide Voter Registration database has voter record issues in EVERY county. Illegitimate voter registration records lead to ineligible votes, where the identity of the voter is stolen and 'phantom votes' are infiltrated into our election system. Even if there is no vote cast from an ineligible voter registration record, it distorts the voter turnout, which if corrected raises voter turnout perhaps to greater than 100%, which is not possible in reality. The following are examples of illegitimate voter records currently on Ohio's State and County registered voter data bases:    
    • Registered voters who have registration dates going back more than 20 years. Why have these people not been removed from the registered voter data base? One answer is our Secretary of State may allow them to remain on the voter registration database simply for renewing their drivers license, even though they never, ever vote. 
    • Registered voters who have filed a national permanent change of address form at the post office and moved from Ohio to another state, may have registered and even voted in another state.  
    • Duplicate and triplicate registered voters where all information may be the same except for State Voter Id, or a slight change the name or address.  
    • Registered voters in 'Confirmation' status in which the voter's name and/or address is in need of verification. 
    • Registered voters older than the oldest known person in the country.
    • Registered voters who have died.
    • Registered voters under the age of 18 as of the next election when they registered. 
  • There are County Board of Election reports online and Secretary of State reports online, but important public information, such as Cast Vote Records, Statement of Votes Cast for each county and precinct, Original Registration Date and how a registered voter submitted a ballot (absentee, etc.) are missing from easily accessible public reporting.
  • The existing post-election audit is merely a recount. A true audit would inspect ballots and ballot envelopes, among other items.

A distress call to Ohio's SOS to conduct emergency repairs on Ohio's voter registration system and preserve
citizen confidence in Ohio's elections after an evaluation of Ohio's November 2021 voter rolls. 
Summary of Principle Findings:
  • 11,333 voter records have names inconsistent with SoS data entry rules

  • Obviously invalid names like “. Doc” and “SIR L” are registered and voted in the Nov 2020 Presidential election.

  • 861 registered voters are either over 113 years old or have invalid birth dates

  • Voters reported to be over 113 years old cast 154 ballots on Nov 3, 2020.

  • Over 210,000 voter registrations occur on federal holidays when Boards of Election are closed and mail is not delivered.

  • 223 registered voters were registered before their birth date. 171 of them voted on Nov 3, 2020

  • 63,664 voters have an invalid registration date

  • 14,268 likely duplicate registrations

  • Numerous errors and inconsistency in mailing addresses could prevent voters from receiving election related information

  • Numerous voters registered at college residences are improbably old to be valid registrations

  • County voter registration databases have records not in the statewide database, the statewide database has records that are not in the county databases.

  • Birth dates, which should be constant, changed between versions of the StateWide Voter File downloaded on different dates.

Some may say "who cares" if the voter registration database isn't correct, it's not a vote!
However, inflated voter rolls LEAD TO ILLEGITIMATE VOTES!
If the State voter registration data base were clean, there would be no room for ballot corruption. 
Inflated voter registration rolls also mask the true Voter Turnout.
If inflated voter registrations were removed, precincts will exceed 100% turnout
just like 2008 when 102 precincts in Ohio had over 100% turnout,
yet were certified anyway. 
An analysis of March 2023 Ohio Voter Registration files continue to show serious issues and confirms inadequate measures have been taken by the SOS and county BOEs since Nov 2021 to clean Ohio's Voter Registration files. 
 
Summary of Principle Findings:
  • Likely 5,538 duplicate registrations with over 3,000 in active status and 2,238 voted in Nov 2020 election. 

  • 12,850 active voter registrations who haven't voted in any election for over 10 years. An additional 46,723 voters  are in confirmation status and haven't voted in over 10 years.  

  • 142 active voters who are 110-141 years old, some of which voted in Nov 2020 and Nov 2022 elections. 

  • 11,126 voters who voted in Nov 2022 election have been moved to confirmation status soon after voting. 

  • 143,398 voters who voted in Nov 2020 election have been moved to confirmation status.

  • State and county voter registration ID numbers are not sequential even though both SOS and county BOEs indicate they are.

  • 6,905 active voters have a mailing address outside the state of Ohio of which 5,106 voted in Nov 2022 election.
